National Confederation of Free Trade Unions from Romania (CNSRL) / Confederatia Nationala a Sindicatelor Libere Din Romania Fratia

Our confederation is the largest national trade union organization, independent of political parties, state and employer bodies, established exclusively by the will of its members and currently includes over 800 thousand trade unionists. 

CNSLR-FRĂŢIA today:
– Represents and promotes the professional , social, economic and cultural interests and defends all the fundamental rights of its members;
- Participates, as a representative partner , in the negotiation of the collective labor contract and in the elaboration and modification of the normative acts that concern the trade union activity and the socio-professional and economic interests of the trade union members;
– It promotes internal and international collaboration and solidarity relations with all trade union organizations devoted to democratic aspirations, justice, freedom and peace;
CNSLR-FRĂŢIA is affiliated to the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) and the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC), where it is a member of its executive committee.
