On January 16, 2013, the Son Servera Town Hall and the Sant Llorenç des Cardassar Town Hall created, together with the Bahía de Cala Millor-Sa Coma Hotel Association, the Son Servera and Sant Llorenç des Cardassar Tourism Consortium.
The Son Servera and Sant Llorenç Tourism Consortium is a public law body that enjoys its own legal personality and was created with the intention of promoting tourism in the respective municipalities. The tourist area of Son Servera and Sant Llorenç des Cardassar has some 37,000 beds and is the third most important destination in the Balearic Islands.
