ACTIONS:

• Register the documents of constitution, transmission, declaration, modification or extinction of real rights over real estate located in the jurisdiction of the Province of Buenos Aires, and all other registrable documentation, for publicity, effectiveness against third parties and other effects provided for by law. registry.
• Completely direct all the tasks of registration and publicity of the registrable documents.
• Plan and conduct the tasks of creation, auditing, implementation control, management and programming of human resources training needs.
• Maintain coherence and compatibility between the systems, techniques and technologies implemented, with the applicable legal regime.
• Direct the procedures for the migration of registry entries in physical support to the technique of electronic real folio, priority ordering and special annotations.
• Implement and put into operation the Special Registries provided for in current legislation.
• Coordinate the programs and proposed projects in accordance with the policy guidelines and methodological guidelines designed by the Federal Council of Property Registries, interacting for this with all the Property Registries of the rest of the provinces.
• Help with the interaction between public and private sectors related to both legal-real estate traffic, as well as policies for the development of plans and social programs for ownership regularization.
• Promote and coordinate the execution of multiple agreements for the purposes of research and development, assistance and technical cooperation, training of human resources with or between public and private entities and organizations of municipal, provincial, national and international order.
