Naga City Investment Board

Naga has mobilized the whole local government structure to provide support for investors. The Naga City Investment Board (NCIB), through the Investment and Trade Promotions Office, spearheads these efforts. The NCIB is tasked with investment-related functions, including promoting Naga as a choice investment destination and developing the city’s capability to meet the needs of priority industries. It also registers firms that can avail of local incentives under the Naga City Investment Incentives Code.

NCIB offers exceptional investment services through its one-stop processing center. Services include:

• Assistance in securing local and national government permits and licenses, and in registering with national agencies that grant other incentives
• Providing investment-related information
• Assistance in identifying suitable business sites
• Facilitating the construction of government infrastructure critical to an investment
• Identifying business or joint-venture partners
• Facilitating service connections with local utilities
• Providing introductions to key government, business and community leaders; and assistance in expanding business networks.
• Aftercare services
• All other assistance needed to facilitate business registration and improve ease of doing business.
