Joint Clinical Research Centre (JCRC) is an HIV/AIDS care and research institution located in Uganda, established in 1990 to respond to and provide a scientific approach to the national HIV/AIDS challenge.
Medical Research: As an established clinical research site with extensive interaction and collaborations both locally and internationally, JCRC continues to conduct its research work in HIV vaccines, antiretroviral therapy, opportunistic infections, public health and social behaviors. All studies are designed and conducted to international standards, so as to inform best practices and cost effective interventions that will shape national and international policies and guidelines.
