Île-de-France Nature imagines, develops and protects natural and agricultural spaces to preserve the fragile balance between the city and nature and improve the daily lives of Ile-de-France residents.

Missions: By deploying the Region's environmental strategies on a local scale, Île-de-France Nature:

• supports communities, through technical and financial support, in their projects to create, extend and requalify green spaces and nature;
• protects, manages, develops and opens to the public natural, agricultural and forestry spaces, in the most sensitive sectors subject to urban pressure and in accordance with the challenges of the territory;
• creates green continuities linking urban centers to large regional natural spaces;
• supports Ile-de-France agriculture.

Île-de-France Nature is the new name of the Green Spaces Agency of the Île-de-France region, a public administrative establishment. The goal: Preserve and promote biodiversity, adapt to climate change and improve the living environment of Ile-de-France residents.
