Key qualifications:

• More than twenty-two years of professional experience in the field of planning, design, implementation, and management of community owned and driven rural infrastructure focusing on irrigation development in participatory approach based on strong involvement of the beneficiaries through their Users’ Association.

• I have long experience in the implementation of large government-owned Irrigation Projects funded by donors (ADB, WB, EC,SFD, USID) involving all key stakeholders, including training and institutionalization, and governance in water and irrigated agriculture projects through effective users’ participation.

• Long experience in the field of contract administration & management, procurement of goods, services, and works, based on FIDIC, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, and European Commission Procurement Guidelines in ICB, NCB and also in labour based (Cash for Work) contract system.

• Wide experience in the field of construction management and supervision, monitoring in respect to the quality and targets taking corrective measures, reporting of progress etc.

• Similarly I have extensive experiences of formulating and planning of program with adequate human resources and budgets and have also long experiences in office and staff management.
