Paolo Leotti is an independent consultant with a background in social research and with an extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation of complex and multi country interventions.

With more than 15 years of experience in migration and sustainable development, he is specialised in irregular migration, trafficking, integration, return, and reintegration from a whole-of migration route approach. He pays special attention to human rights, gender, community-based interventions, impact of remittances and climate change.

The consultant has managed work teams and easily liaise with relevant stakeholders like public authorities, donors, beneficiaries, CSOs, multilateral and regional actors.
