I am an experienced WaSH and community development promoter, passionate about building resilience and improvements in the face of evolving and continually changing socio-economic, political, environmental and climatic challenges.

I have experience across the NGO, government and commercial sectors which gives me a good understanding of the requirements of these different areas and enables me to design innovative solutions which will meet the demanding and complex criteria of a variety of stakeholders, whether client, government, local authority, community or end user. I am passionate about consulting and partnering effectively to help governments and communities take an integrated and strategic approach to resolve water supply, sanitation, water resource and irrigation challenges.

Experienced in complex program management and team and field office development, I believe I have developed a unique skillset through my work in various countries in Africa including Cameroon, Nigeria, Mali, Chad, Niger and Malawi. I understand how to communicate effectively and engage senior stakeholders and clients. I appreciate the value of effective strategic planning and analysis and the impact of truly effective dialogue and partnering.

My experience to date has given me the ability to be highly flexible and adapt quickly to changing work program requirements, whether driven by the client, donors, government or changing country situations. I am committed, enthusiastic, resilient and highly effective.
