Certified trainer in Project Cycle Management, with a track record of a number of seminars, workshops, lectures and mentorship programmes; Experienced in large-scale projects development under EU funded programmes (IPA, Horizon2020), stakeholder analysis and engagement, and local support to international partners and consortia in tendering phase for EU funded contracts in Montenegro; Particular experience in the sector of education, employment and social policies, and the sector of innovation and competitiveness in the context of EU policies and funds. Very skilled in research and situation analysis, with systematic approach in recommendations for development and strategic planning.
