Key qualifications:

• Above 15 years of experience in democratic governance and electoral affairs.
• Technical Adviser to Electoral Management Bodies (EMB), Legislatures Institutions, Independent Commissions, Government Administration, State Institutions and Civil Society Organisations (CSO).
• Election Observation experience as Campaign Finance Analyst for OSCE/ODHIR and OAS core team as well as Observer for EU EOMs in long and short term observation missions, and; as BRIDGE trainer/facilitator to domestic observers and electoral stakeholders, including civil society.
• Technical areas of expertise in: Participatory Democracy, Election administration; Capacity development & building experience in implementing training programs; Civic & Voter education; Citizen Participation & Engagement, Electoral results transmission; Electoral Conflict Prevention and Mitigation; Gender equality & promotion; Legal support and reform; Election systems, legislation and international standards; Institutional Strengthening; Public Policies, etc.
• Project management experience, including: Project and budget design; Development of logical framework; Implementation and Coordination; Business and Proposal Development; Human Resources management; Budget development, monitoring and reporting; and Project/Programme evaluation.
