Senior management director with more than 23 years overseas such as Ethiopia, Liberia, Sudan, Iraq, Indonesia, Uganda and short-term assignments in Philippines, Uganda, Thailand, South Sudan, Nigeria, Madagascar, Kenya, Malawi, Namibia, and East Timor.  Served honorably in the U.S. Air Force for more than four years, including fifteen months in the Philippines.  He has worked 17 years in Washington with USAID, NGOs, and private firms.  He utilized his field experience and perspective while working in headquarters operations.   His knowledge/skills were developed in more than 40 years of experience include contracting, procurement, leasing, human resources, organizational development, staff training/mentoring, international logistics, shipments, warehousing, travel and transportation, IT management, budgeting and management, attention to detail, advanced planning and ability to anticipate problems and solutions.  His strengths include working in difficult and hazardous environments which demand long hours of dedication and work.
