Extensive (44+ years) and proven hands on professional experience in the United Nations at a senior managerial level. That includes advisory, management and oversight of operational activities of 21 countries in a large regional office; operational management in 7 country offices that was assigned (for 30 years) and senior management consultancies in 8 country offices. Responsibilities encompassed development of governance systems and processes, leader of operational results, optimization, effectiveness and efficiency gains, managing risk assessments, provider of creative and innovative solution-focused analysis and approach, advisor on management and operational functions in complex, emergencies and humanitarian world’s largest country programmes. The experience also includes formulation and management of country offices’ programme management plans to ensure efficient and effectiveness of operationalization and optimization of financial and human resources.

The management, advisory and oversight functions cover all rounded activities in budgeting; financial management and reporting; facilities management; administration; supply, procurement, logistics management and end-user monitoring; contracts management; human resources; training, skills transfer and empowerment; Information Communication Technology (ICT); safety and security of staff and assets and strengthening internal controls. Solid knowledge and wide experience on Enterprise Risk Management; Result Based Management through results-based planning, budget formulation, implementation, control and monitoring organizational resources.
