I can offer more that 15 years of experience working in Development Cooperation in partnership with Governmental Institutions, International Organizations and Bilateral Cooperation partners, and Civil Society, mainly in Africa.

I have been in charge for the coordination, management and monitoring of different programmes managing budgets up to 4 million per year, carrying out complex projects and leading teams up to 40 people. I also have very strong skills in logistic, administration, financial management and reporting and I have been country director/legal representative for many organizations. Furthermore I have carried out many M&E and project identification missions for NGOs an International Organisations. 

During this period I have been working with the most important donors and institutions (EU, UN, WB and Italian Cooperation ) being involved in Private Sector Development, Non State Actor, Agriculture, Fisheries,  Natural Resource Management and Rural Development initiatives. In that regard I can offer a strong experience of main donors financing, management and procurement rules and procedures, as well as reporting standards.
