Special capabilities in the design and implementation of capacity building and assistance programs, including training programs; design of manuals and pedagogic material on RBA and gender equality for non-formal training; advocacy and public dissemination strategies. Extended and qualified experience in law assessment, law drafting and lobbying in LA countries. Vast experience in country assessments and project designing and implementation regarding human rights in general, and specific subjects such as trafficking in human beings, juridical obstacles to the effective realization of human rights and violence against women. Proficiency in project designing, funding and coordination with a cooperative and networking building approach. Strengths in cross-sector and multi-stakeholder dialogue and consensus building, aiming at sustainable policies and procedures.
