Additionally, contributions to disaster risk reduction projects funded by DIPECHO involved managing technical assistance and community training across multiple regions in Tajikistan.

With a background in multilingual communication, the expert is fluent in English, Tajik, and Russian, and also speaks Uzbek and Dari. The expert holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering of Agricultural Mechanization from Tajikistan Agricultural University, completed in 1993.
