ØExtensive experience in promoting and supporting the public administration reforms, communication, education, research and development, decentralisation, good governance, institution building in the Western Balkans region, Bulgaria, ENP countries (Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova) and Uzbekistan;

ØExtensive knowledge of Quality Assurance in higher education with regard to European Standards Guidelines for quality assurance (ESGs);

ØExtensive experience in conducting research on relevant laws and regulations, training needs assessment for project development related to good governance, public administration reforms, communication, local self-government, education; developing training curricula and programms, lesson plans and modules to build skills for local governance reforms and experience in preparing regular and spot reports on implementation of activities;

ØExtensive experience working with state institutions i.e. line ministries, civil servant agencies, general secretariats, dept. for Public Administration Reforms; mayors and local government elected and non‑elected officials, other state institutions, think-tank organisations as well as research institutions;

ØExperience in sound management and timely implementation of projects of a different scale, as well as experience in efficient use of project funds and management and supervision of the project team and experts;

ØExtensive knowledge on project cycle management at local, national and international level drafting project fiches, drafting ToR’s;

ØExtensive experience in organizing and conducting comprehensive training on principles, legislative framework and practical aspects of good governance to elected and non‑elected officials;

ØExtensive experience in working with international donors, in particular with the EU, Austrian Development Agency (ADA), OSCE, World Bank, Swiss Development Cooperation (SDC), GIZ, UNDP and other international organisations, knowledge of IPA rules and regulations. Knowledge of programming, implementation, management and monitoring of donor funds.
