About
I have done my PhD exchange studies in Tallinn University Institute of Informatics, at one of the best Educational Technology Centre in European countries. I have developed my skills in educational technologies and how to use these technologies for teaching and learning. My PhD thesis contains research work how to use educational technology in higher education institutions, implementation of various platforms in teaching and learning process, as well as for research.
I'm currently working as a Leading Advisor at Education Qualty Assurance Agency, Azerbaijan. My job tasks are:

◦ To take part in planning of monitoring of HEIs
◦ To take part in accreditation of the HEIs
◦ To take part in monitoring of HEIs
◦ To prepare the accreditation and monitoring reports and etc.
I was Director of Teaching and Learning Centre. I have an experience of researching EU education systems and strategies (especially Estonian education, as a PhD exchange student). I have drafted education strategies for my home universities and strategy of Teaching and Learning centre. I've often organized trainings at my university how to use technologies and online platforms for teaching and learning. I have organized these trainings for academic staff and PhD students.
I am IT oriented teacher, trainer and researcher. I am using different educational technology tools for my classes. I have designed my online classes in different platforms(Google Classroom, OneNote, Moodle) and presented their comparative analyses in 1stInternational Educational Symposium at Khazar University, in April 2018 and also in my research works.
As a Director of Teaching and Learning Centre, it’s my regular job tasks were to organize different kinds of trainings, seminars, workshops, conferences and etc. I’ve organized 3-4 seminars in one month both for academic staff and students.
I have organized also many big events (international) in the university. Some of them are listed below:
1) International training on “Joint programme development: opportunities and practical tips” (Invited trainer from EDUFI Internationalisation Services for Higher Education, Finland), 10-11 October, 2017, Khazar University, more than 60 people attended from different universities of Azerbaijan and representatives of Ministry of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan - organizer
2) International seminar on “Interactive Methods in Teaching and Learning Foreign Languages” (Invited trainers from Estonia), 14-15 April, 2017, Khazar University, more than 30 people attended from different Azerbaijani universities and high schools – organizer
3) International seminar-training on “Economic and social aspects of migration: challenges and migration policy” (Invited trainers from Spain and Georgia), 30 March, Khazar University, more than 40 people attended from different Azerbaijani universities and representatives of International Organization for Migration at Azerbaijan- organizer
4) 1stInternational Symposium on “Global Education”, 20-21 April, 2018, Khazar University, more than 120 people attended different Azerbaijani universities, Turkey, Spain, Austria, Hungary and Finland– member of Organizing Committee
5) Dissemination Conference within the PROMIG project, 19 October, 2018, Khazar University, more than 50 people attended from different Azerbaijani universities and representatives of International Organization for Migration at Azerbaijan- organizer
