As an international expert in procurement management and contract administration, I bring nearly 20 years of specialized experience working on high-impact projects funded by International Financial Institutions (IFIs) across Europe and Central Asia. I hold a master’s degree in management, which has further enhanced my strategic and operational capabilities.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed and overseen procurement for projects with a combined value exceeding €313 million, including major undertakings of €220 million and €93 million. I have played a key role in 23 projects, each valued at over €22 million, securing and managing funds from prominent international organizations such as The World Bank, EBRD, UN, GAVI, WHO, UNDP, and UNICEF.

My expertise spans Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, water supply initiatives, public health infrastructure, and road transport development.
