My core skills  comprises of  preparation of business plan, market study, gap analysis,   project scoping/sizing,  financial modelling/projections from the scratch, investment analysis,  risks mitigation instruments,  project  financing/appraisal, credit analysis/rating,  feasibility  analysis, PPP transaction structuring for investment vehicles,  implementation strategy,  bid advisory of PPP projects (RFQ/RFP and DCA), policy development, financial due diligence and client management.
