The combination of my experiences within various institutions, positions and functions, both in France and abroad, enables me to advise politicians, to mobilize civil society partners or to lead technicians on territorial/urban development issues, as well as to assess territorial contexts, to launch and run development projects.
I developed specific competencies on urban drainage and waste water amenities. Moreover, I am particularly involved in the urban and territorial impacts of climate change and environmental management in general.

I have always paid particular attention to develop operational processes, while passing skills on. Capacity building is a part of my work.
