(app. 2630 hours with min. of 114 civil/public organisations and app. 130 training days with min. of 320 trainees)

Evaluation:

Monitoring and Evaluation of the performance of programmes, organisations and services:

• against Project Cycle Management criteria, i.e. Relevance, Efficiency, Effectiveness, Impact and Sustainability (PROCESS EVALUATION)
• outcome-based evaluation (IMPACT ASSESSMENT)
• using evaluation techniques such as data collection methods, analysis and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative information techniques.
