I am a person and professional who is always on the lookout to make organizations and work in the best and most efficient way possible. I like to develop processes and procedures that accompany the work of organizations to fulfill their goals and objectives.
I firmly believe that a good backstage makes the efforts of the staff focus on what is important, the fulfillment of the mission and vision for which the organisation has been created.
Making all stakeholders to continue believing in the work of the organization is key. In all organisations I have been working on, i had the possibility to manage small and big scale projects, and stakeholders need to know what has been done, the activities, how the budget has been spent, and ultimately developing a good accountability, and long term partnerships.
I have had also the opportunity to participate in european projects, from the the proposal, to the development of financial and technical reports for H2020 projects. This knowledge has allowed me to interact with different European organizations, generating joint value by developing interdisciplinary and large scale projects to support the education of educators and young people, and children in Europe
