- More than 16 years of experience focused on child rights promotion and protection, as well as protection and education in emergency;
- Versatile consultant involved in Integrated Programme and Projects Management, working in complex emergency environments, developing a Nexus Humanitarian – Development - Peace Approach, focusing on Security Management and conflicts resolution;
- Proven expertise in project design, planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, as well as capacity building for programmes’ staff, focusing on effective communication and giving constructive feedbacks;
