More than 8 years’, as a Team Leader, including Policy and institutional Capacity building support to governments, and Food security programme management with emphasis on value addition through value chain improvements and trade development along the fish and agriculture value chains, analysis and integrating best practices for sustainable production and development under projects funded by European Union.

Wide expertise (more than 18 years) in programme management, policy and institutional capacity building, needs assessments, training capacity technical assessment & assistance, feasibility studies, preliminary and detailed project design, socioeconomic studies, cost-benefit analysis, environmental, Social and conflict analysis, causes of poverty, project management and final project evaluation.
