Key qualifications: (Relevant to the project):

• Preparing and organizing the curricula developers training sessions
• Coordinating with the teachers for the Ministry of Education and Technical Education to attend the training
• Supervising the training procedures and solving the problems faced these sessions
• Participating in the DACUM workshops conducted for tourism occupations
• Participation in the Curricula Master trainers’ selection process
• Following up the signing procedures of the curricula framework samples made by the training participants
• Participating in training about 2000 trainees for the Ministry of Education on the Basics of competency- based curriculum
• Preparing Tender dossiers and writing for the Tourism Component through the 3 components
• Participating in the evaluation committees related to the tender dossiers of the tourism component through the 3 components
• Writing the tourism activities in the project OPE
• Making action plans for the training
• Coordinating with the experts to put the methodology in developing the tourism curricula and short training courses
• Assisting the technical staff in C1 and C2
• Assisting the M& E team in capturing and documenting the component’s deliverables and indicators
• Coordinate arrangements for trainings and events, including budgets.
