Guy is a versatile professional who can quickly and accurately apply his wide knowledge of engagement, change management and strategic analysis to any field.

He worked on governance in public and private sector, from presidents to grassroots level, from public services to carbon credits. His experience extends to more than 15 countries and includes evaluating democracy and governance projects in conflict and/or post-conflict countries such as Indonesia and Sri Lanka. He has served as technical expert responsible for staff capacity building and project management. Most recently Guy has focused on climate change mitigation in particular on the land sector. As director of the open source organisation moja global, he honed his skills of self-organisation and open governance.

His key areas of expertise are: climate change, capacity building towards local democracy and public service delivery, public sector management and reform, disaster and conflict prevention & recovery. Systematically incorporated in his approach are complaint and dispute resolution mechanisms, governance structures, systems of representation and accountability.
