I am responsible for effective, efficient and client-oriented Common Services in human resources, procurement, finance and administration.

• Efficient facilitation of end-to-end recruitment services, staff administrative services, benefits and entitlements and separation management for all National Officer, General Service and Service Contract for UN Agency.
• Managing of procurement planning and management of procurement processes, for goods and services for UN Agencies and UNOMT mandated administrative procurement actions.
• Advisory and technical support in assessing true cost of UNDP services and reflecting resource requirements accurately and transparently in budgets; as well as tracking of use of UN Agencies financial resources in accordance with UNDP business development efforts and institutional rules and regulations.
• Establish and ensures implementation of efficient and client-responsive work processes, SOPs and workflows in the work unit.
