I am a chartered civil engineer and health and safety (from now on denominated as H&S) professional with proven track record implementing, coordinating, managing and directing operations within the area of health and safety at small, medium and large scale projects, in diverse areas of intervention; in the area of civil engineering as construction manager, supervisor and superior technician in the public department, and in the areas of quality and environment.

I possess about 19 years extensive experience in the construction industry involving numerous projects (Construction; Rehabilitation; Requalification; Industrial assemblies, demolition; Infrastructures, telecommunication facilities; roads; water, wastewater systems and plants; sport’s complexes and other civil works) in Portugal, as in Africa-Angola (9 years) and Italy (1 year).
