As a seasoned project manager, I bring in 30 years of experience working in multicultural and multilingual environments related to resources management. My strength is in managing complex projects and programmes, including planning, budgeting and reporting. I like to be challenged in technical subjects relevant to my line of work, such as sustainable resources management, climate change adaptation, institutional reform and related matters. As such, I have worked on conceptualising of economic, social and institutional aspects of water resources management, and have published several position papers on these subjects. In various positions with increasing responsibilities, capacity development has always been at the core of my work.
