Government and donor project coordination

§  Extensive expertise in police and law-enforcement sector from reform and police development to actual implementation of systemic changes; comprehensive understanding and knowledge of modern policing, including education, trainings, management and incorporation of new techniques, tools and technologies.

§  Deep knowledge and practical experience in developing sector strategies, identifying challenges and providing optional/targeted solutions; doing budgetary planning, monitoring and evaluation over the implementation of the strategies and programs, as well as developing evidence-based policies.

§  Conducted institutional reforms, gap assessments and legal research / drafting, both as an employee of other Government agencies, such as the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Economy, and as an employee of international organizations, such as UNDP, the Dutch Development Cooperation, and the British Embassy

§  Holds extensive experience in policy analysis and providing advisory services to the beneficiary countries (public institutions and civil society organizations) and donor counterparts, including policy harmonization, and legal and institutional approximation
