-       Project Manager Programming and Monitoring in the European Agency for Reconstruction (EAR), responsible for quality control at design stage of all in-house project TOR designs, including LFMs; Training to ministries and implementing partners on establishment and improvement of monitoring systems; design of internal IT-based monitoring system; (North Macedonia 2006-2007);  

-       Setting up of monitoring systems including preparation of Progress Reports incorporating Logical Framework Matrixes and contract budgeting for DG ECHO; performing field monitoring visits and producing monitoring reports (North Macedonia 1993 - 2003);

-       Programme Manager Socio-economic Development – Technical Assistance including capacity building to Ministry; development of Social Enterpriese models (e. g. social inclusion, local community development, non-formal training and self-employment of vilnerable groups, integration of persons with disabilities into society through employment) (North Macedonia, Serbia, BiH, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania 1993 – 2003);

-       Budget Support Expert - performance measurement of the achievement of BS indicators towards the public policy reform national targets; statistical analytics of the national strategic and financial framework; state budget analysis; Public Internal Financial Control (PIFC) (WB6 2022, 2023);

-       Strategy and Sector Policy Development Expert - Development of sector strategies and provision of advice in policy creation for IPA programming. Contributing to alignment of national legislative of the Western Balkan countries with the EC Acquis. Production of academic studies such as the Role of the Financial Instruments of the EC in Building of Sustainable Local Economic Development, or the Integration of Innovation Methodologies in the System of Public Institutions  in Western Balkan countries (WB6 1995 – 2003);
