My expertise is aligning EU candidate/associate Countries' legal systems to EU Chapter 27 Acquis and Third Countries' national systems to UNFCCC and Paris Agreement requirements through:

• Review, assessment and gap analysis of national governance and regulatory frameworks;
• Development of strategies, action plans and recommendations to improve national systems' compliance with EU and UNFCCC requirements;
• Drafting of national legislation in compliance with EU and UNFCCC requirements;
• Strengthening institutional set-up;
• Capacity building.
