More than 20 years of professional experience, Alessandra is a specialist in the field of regional and strategic development, becoming an expert in all what touches the cluster approach. The final aim of her missions has been the improvement of the competitiveness of local agents (companies, institutions) and the enhancement of the local development.
Skills and competencies: identification of clusters at regional and national level (mappings,) development of cluster initiatives and cluster projects (following the methodology for regional development), including the use of strategic analysis tools and support to the elaboration of public policy. Solid organizational and logistics experience (having organized more than 45 study trips for institutional agents and a high number of conferences, seminars and workshops both for small and big groups of agents).
She has as well developed skills in the area of Training and Knowledge Management, and particularly the elaboration of training materials and the training of teams (either of export or civil servants and institutions).
She has been in charge as well of managing the communications with political institutions, both at local, regional and national level.
