As a highly motivated and results orientated humanitarian/development practitioner, Muhammad Salim has more than decade professional experience of designing and implementing multi-million dollar sectoral and integrated projects/programmes both in humanitarian and developmental settings. Beginning his career with a national NGO in support functions, he have had the opportunity of progressively working with large international humanitarian and developmental organizations within Pakistan as well as in security volatile contexts such as South Sudan, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Syria and Palestine (remotely). Having worked on key positions in different roles in diverse institutional setups, Salim is fully familiar with improved developmental practices and is specifically trained for Awards Management particularly designing high quality programs/strategies, analytical reporting, implementing large scale programs, capacity building of staff as well as partners and providing effective leadership in a multi-cultural environment in humanitarian crisis situations.
