About
I hold a PhD in international economy and I’m trilingual (French, English and Spanish).
I have been working for more than 15 years for international organizations and bilateral cooperation agencies in macroeconomy, statistics and evaluation. I have a strong experience in leading operational projects (technical support and capacity building for National Institute of Statistics, Ministries of Economy and Regional Commissions), impact evaluation of ODA project and economic studies.
My key qualifications are statistics, modeling, forecasting, economic analysis, evaluation and impact assessment.
I am involved in academic activities (scientific research and teaching for university, school of engineers and thinktank), currently as an Associate Research Fellow at Institut de Relations Internationales et Stratégiques (IRIS).
I have significant experience in different countries in Africa (Senegal, Mali, Cameroon, Togo, Benin, Mauritania, Ivory Cost, Gabon, Djibouti, Tunisia, Madagascar) and Latin America (Chile, Argentina).
