Dr. Titterton has internationally recognised expertise as an International Expert and Consultant, supported by record of achievement in challenging contexts and research-based publications. He has most recently been a Senior Expert for the EU in Albania, UNICEF Azerbaijan, as well as involved in a UNICEF-sponsored evaluation in Uzbekistan, an International Team Leader for a UNICEF commissioned project in Ethiopia, and an Expert assisting development in Estonia, and was recently Team Leader in Cambodia and Turkey. He is also a Leading Foreign Specialist and Professor to the Higher School of Economics, Moscow. He has also been a Visiting Professor to Kazakhstan Medical University and Honorary Knowledge Exchange Fellow and guest lecturer for the University of Edinburgh, and Visiting Lecturer for the University of Tallinn.  He has an extensive list of academic and research-based publications.
