Key qualifications: Public Policy specialist with over 18 years of experience in strategic planning, public sector reform design and implementation, public policy analysis and impact assessment, M&E and training development and delivery, including as a Deputy Team Leader supporting the Governments of Moldova and Bangladesh and advisor on policy planning and analysis in Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Serbia and Armenia. Ample knowledge of and experience in:

• Leading the preparation of National Development Strategies, Economic Growth and Poverty Reduction Strategy and SDG action plans and reports
  
• Designing, piloting and supporting the institutionalization of evidence-informed policy making and policy monitoring and evaluation guidelines
  
• Developing training modules on better public management and evidence-informed policy making
  
• Training civil servants and civil society on public policy cycle, policy impact assessment, strategic planning
  
• Supporting the development of strategic medium and long term policy papers
  
• Developing public policies on governance, economic, education and social development issues
  
• Drafting legislation supporting Government decision making process
