Possesses a deep understanding of job-oriented Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in a development context, in particular in the area of enegry, food production and natural resources exploitation (technical occupation relevant to the extractives and renewables industry);
Brings to the table a unique set of skills, whereby a solid academic background in Natural Resources Management, International Development and Education has been coupled with extensive and varied technical experience, management experience, teaching experience and research experience (> 35 years work experience);
Offers valuable personal skills, such as strong reflective learning and innovative capacity, intercultural (and inter -linguistic) communication, managing multi-stakeholder processes, people-oriented leadership and result-based project delivery in highly complex institutional and logistical settings.
