PROFESSION: Management and financial advisor, specialized in institutional development, finance and public private partnerships in water and sanitation; also investment banking for small and medium enterprises, project finance and strategic and capital investment planning.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Mr. Noth has 42 years experience as a management and financial advisor, specializing since 1986 in the institutional development, finance and public private partnerships of water and sanitation utilities and infrastructure in developing and transition countries and recently Guam. He directed 22 projects, recently for the KfW channeling financing to environmental projects in northern Mexico; US Navy developing water, wastewater and power infrastructure on Guam and as Chief of Party for USAID consolidating IT services in Jordan’s water sector. In 38 other projects, he advised governments in 25 countries on the range of management and other factors supporting sustainable infrastructure.
