Experience with VET systems– national level, 15 years:

• Project manager, Office manager of an international organization working in the field of VET and adult learning dealing with technical cooperation;
• VET advisor of the Minister of education in Bulgaria;
• Senior servant/leader of a ministerial entity in charge of the VET policy in Bulgaria;
• Manager and evaluator of projects/programmes/processes in VET: technical assistance; EU-pre-accession programmes and projects; EU structural funds projects; Erasmus+;

Experience with VET systems – European level: working for the European Commission and EU Agencies - 7 years

• Policy officer in charge of policy development, analyses, conceptualizing and initiatives; contributor to policy, staff working documents, policy dialogues and cooperation; translating policy priorities in programme objectives; compiling analysis, reviews, briefings and reports;
• Expert at EU Agency (Cedefop)
• Coordinator of the work of DG DEVCO, DG EAC, DG EMPL, DG NEAR, DG GROW and EEAS with the European Training Foundation (ETF)

Experience in external relations, development and cooperation/enlargement processes, policies and projects – 10 years

• Leader of a German-funded technical assistance project
• Consultant/external expert in projects in countries of the Western Balkan, Mongolia and Palestine
• ILO senor expert i skills development, employment and migration
