Graduated in Forestry Engineering in 1992 and he is a specialist in Soil Science and Forestry, water and Monitoring and evaluation. Since 1997 he is a member of Timesis srl Board of Directors (www.timesis.it) and is currently in charge of the implementation and management of national and international projects.
He is consultant in sustainable land use, soil and forest conservation. He has a more than 24 background in Geography (applied landscape ecology), Forestry (vegetation, and forest assessment), Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems, Soil conservation and Soil surveys. He has experience in forest and natural ecosystems inventory, mapping database development, analysis and strategy planning for natural resources management, soil and water conservation. The consultant is familiar with natural and agricultural ecosystems in temperate and semi-arid climates. As consultant he assisted in technical, organizational and institutional strengthening, being specialist, coordinator and team leader. Over the years, experience has been gained in most Project Cycle Management (PCM) aspects: identification, formulation, implementation and evaluation.
He organized and facilitated workshops, seminars, training, and participatory planning including preparation of communication materials such as manuals and posters.
He has worked on various levels from community, municipality, district and province to country and regional levels.
