Senior international Expert in the area of infrastructures and water & sanittion projects I have been involved in projects management, project studies, feasibility studies, specifications and tender documents preparation, evaluation and contract preparation, project implementation (administration and supervision), quality control inspection, review and audit of technical and contract documents for public and private sector projects to be implemented under FIDIC (Works, Design/build, EPC/Turnkey type of contract), or procedures and guide lines under IBRD Loans and more recently under PRAG or UNDP guide lines for EU loans and EIB founding.
