I am a qualified social worker with over 10 years of experience in the field; leading an implementation team as well as being part of an monitoring and evaluation team of a funding agency and donor management. 

In brief, my work experience has in entirety been in the development sector since 2005. I have worked with CRY, College of Social Work (Mumbai University- Nirmala Niketan), United Way Delhi, Concern India Foundation and helped set up a family foundation between 20014-16 by the name of Narmada Foundation. My experience has been from directly implementing a project at Mumbai city level with a team, to grant writing and grant management (monitoring budgets, proposal whetting, onboarding organisations, handholding, deliverable timelines, utilisations, reporting) for grant partners as well as self implemented large scale projects over the years besides putting together all the data and crunching numbers to develop new programs and their budgets and mentoring and leading teams. I am looking at a senior management level in a small organisation or middle or senior management level positions in larger organisations.
