7 years of professional experience in the financial inclusion sector, international cooperation and development, income and poverty measurement.
▪ Experience in project management (project design and planning – including design of the methodological approach, budgeting, implementation and team coordination), familiarity with WB, UN, AICS and EU formats.
▪ Experience in program evaluations, poverty/outcome and impact assessment.
▪ Experience in assessment, capacity building and training to financial service providers (MFIs, MDIs, credit and savings cooperatives, small banks), mostly on Social Performance and Client Protection (worked with a total of 19 FSPs, 6 MFIs accompanied to achieve Smart Campaign Certification, 4 of them achieved the seal).
▪ Experience in building and delivering financial education training modules to migrants and refugees.
▪ Strong statistics background in applied economics – experience in research and surveys (qualitative and quantitative approach), including designing sampling strategy to conduct inference, working with large database
(data cleaning, data analysis with excel or STATA).
▪ Knowledge of digital financial and PAYGO systems for financial inclusion or access to energy.
