I’ve 27 years of professional experience in Road and Highways Infrastructure investigation, planning, design, construction, maintenance, rehabilitation and quality control work. I’ve work experience in Australian Local Govt. and reputed local Consultants of the country like SMEC Australia, Sheladia Associates, Bangladesh Consultant Limited and international consultants like Eng-consult Ltd (Canada), The Louis Berger Group Inc. (USA) in association with many expatriate consulting farms. I have vast domestic and expatriate experience in Project Management, highways survey and geometric design, Storm-water drainage design, Drainage culvert/Bridge design, signalise/unsignalise intersection design, interchange design, Pavement design as well as various roadside component design in conjunction with Traffic assessment, Local Area Traffic Management (LATM) Austroads part 8 along with MRWA supplementary where deal with various traffic matter such as AADT, ESAL, RAV, 4 step traffic modelling, Traffic count, intersection performance (Level of Service, Degree of Saturation, Back of Queue, lane configuration/intersection geometric modification following AM/PM peak), Parking, Road Hierarchy and suitable road template, Traffic signal upgrade (signal phasing), and others. I have completed a comprehensive course on Road Safety Audit (RSA) and completed various audits as a team member in Australia and abroad. I have also experienced Vertical structure and Road related Structure design with the aid of electronic survey equipment and design software. Most of the projects were located in Asia.
