Mr. Geçim is a Civil Engineer, M.Sc. with more than 20 years of work experience in construction and engineering projects financed by the European Union, KfW, World Bank and others.

Mr. Geçim has worked as Project Manager, Team Leader, FIDIC Engineer’s Representative, and also performed consultancy services as Senior Expert, Civil Works Expert, Procurement Expert. He has experience in project management, supervision, contract management, claim manageöent, DAB procedures, tendering, coordination and business development, for a wide range of infrastructural and superstructural projects.

Mr. Geçim has knowledge and experience in FIDIC conditions of contract, World Bank guidelines, European Union Practical Guide (PRAG). He delivered trainings to Ministries on FIDIC conditions of Contract, Practical Guide rules and procurement procedures, including preparation and evaluation of tender dossiers and contract management.

He has excellent skills in English, he can prepare reports, official correspondences etc., make presentations, attend and supervise meetings in this language.

Mr. Geçim is competent in computer programs relating his profession. He is experienced in preparing engineering drawings and payment certificates, cost estimations and work schedules.
