- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®, PRINCE2 Certified Practitioner, and PMD Pro Level 1 & 2 certified professional with over 15 years of experience in program and project management.
- Substantial knowledge of the international humanitarian system, institutions, and donors, compliance requirements, accountability frameworks, and best practices; prior experience with funding from USAID, DFID, ECHO, and other leading donors.
- Relevant knowledge and experience of humanitarian and development programming standards;
- Demonstrable experience of Donor Partnerships, Award Management, and fundraising processes, protocols, and best practices in both the private and public sector.
- In-depth knowledge about ICRC Code of Conduct, IHL, SPHERE, CHS, and similar humanitarian standards.
- Experience in Criminal Justice, Child Protection, Social Protection, and/or development aid.
- Experienced in drafting well-written and professionally presented documents (procedure and guidance documents and minutes).
- Proven experience in monitoring & evaluation, donor compliance, operations, and financial management.
- Proven expertise in conducting situation assessments, identifying possible programming opportunities in new locations, evaluating potential partners, negotiating agreements, and work plans.
- Highly-developed interpersonal and communication skills including influencing, negotiation and coaching.
- Possess invaluable experience in interfacing with multicultural people & customs from across diverse localities.
