Responsibilities have included project evaluations, technical assistance, and capacity building in areas such as governance, health, education, and water and sanitation. The expert has managed projects on both national and regional scales, primarily in Cambodia, with some regional-level projects extending to other parts of Southeast Asia.

Extensive geographic experience includes working across all 25 provinces and cities in Cambodia and engaging in regional projects in the Greater Mekong Subregion. The expert possesses deep familiarity with local governance, cultural dynamics, and regional development issues in Southeast Asia and has professional experience in Myanmar, contributing to projects that address diverse development challenges in these areas.

With a background in English and Khmer, the expert is fluent in both languages. These skills have been utilized extensively in in-country work, collaboration with multilingual teams, and translation and interpretation tasks within various projects across Cambodia and the Greater Mekong Subregion. The expert holds an MBA from Charles Sturt University in Australia, completed between 2012 and 2014, focusing on marketing, organizational research, operational management, human resource management, and business ethics. Additionally, the expert obtained a BA from the Royal University of Fine Arts in Cambodia, from 2003 to 2007, with studies in anthropology, ethnography, tourism, heritage management, and archaeology.
