Key qualifications:

• Work experience in sustainable urban design, architectural and mobility projects, as well as in the elaboration and analysis of multidisciplinary plans;
• Knowledge in data collection and data analysis techniques, in citizen engagement and community participation tools;
• Understanding of SWOT and Stakeholders analyses;
• Proficient in producing feasible aesthetic building designs, as well as preparing conceptual, schematic and preliminary urban designs;
• Good knowledge of the basic principles of architecture and of modern building construction methods & materials, as well as of the preparation of specifications;
• Good experience in preparing cost estimates for preliminary and construction plans. In-depth knowledge of principles and practices of budgeting and finance;
• Experience and knowledge of the principles and methods of surveying and inspecting sites and buildings, preparatory to planning and designing;
• Ability to prepare architectural designs, plans, and specifications, using architecture software;
• Aptitude to generate descriptive and analytical maps, using geographic information systems;
• Very good ability to prepare complex schematic drawings from rough sketches and oral instructions;
• Detail-oriented problem-solver with the ability to meet deadlines and work with various personality types;
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary environments, in fast-paced situations, to handle conflict effectively, to work under pressure with efficiency, creativity and critical thinking to identify pertinent solutions;
• Strong oral and written communication skills;
